Date and time: 23. November 2022, 14.00-15.30 CET
Location: Zoom Webinar
Our team at the Global Impact Institute (GII) has supported or co-authored numerous successful KA2 projects. We also have seen all the things that might go wrong, typical mistakes people make and how to avoid them. We do so working across different sectors such as higher education, vocational education & training, and school education.
With the new programme period, another major change has happened: the impact of your activities is a dominant criterion not only for the selection but especially for the evaluation of a running project. Since we specialise in impact monitoring, we want to give you some advice on what to look for, how to address it, pitfalls and solutions.
Four members of the GII who specialise in the whole project life cycle, from inception and preparation to monitoring, impact and implementation of KA2 projects will be sharing their thoughts and experience with you: Dr. Uwe Brandenburg (the managing director), Dr. Janet Ilieva, Dr. Carlos Machado and Jaana Puukka.
The webinar will take 1.5 hrs and include extensive opportunities for asking questions, sharing your own experience and network.
